Scope of Services

Curated Trips acts as a travel consultancy and intermediary. We architect bespoke itineraries by coordinating with third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Event Organizers, and Local Tour Operators).

Payments & Financial Compliance

• Payment Gateways: We use Razorpay and Zoho Payments for secure transactions. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
• TCS & LRS Compliance: In accordance with Indian Tax Laws, payments for international travel are subject to Tax Collected at Source (TCS). We facilitate this collection as per the prevailing rates (5% or 20% based on the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) limits).
• Currency Fluctuations: For international bookings, prices are quoted based on current exchange rates. The final price is subject to change until the full payment is realized.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Third-Party Policies: Specific event tickets (e.g., Formula 1, Tomorrowland) and certain luxury hotel bookings are often non-refundable as per the provider’s policy.
• Curated Trips Fee: Our consultation and curation fees are non-refundable once the final itinerary is delivered.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay/Zoho) within 7-10 business days, subject to the third-party provider’s timeline.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
